AirTAC SAU Series Cylinder is a profile pneumatic cylinder designed for reliable linear motion in industrial automation and machinery. Compared with traditional tie-rod cylinders, the SAU Series features a shorter body, integrated sensor grooves and a corrosion-resistant aluminium profile, making it ideal where installation space is limited.
Available from Airotech in Malaysia, the SAU Series includes SAU, SAUD and SAUJ models with various bore sizes, stroke lengths and mounting options for packaging machinery, assembly systems, conveyors and OEM equipment.

The seal of piston adopts heterogeneous two way seal structure. It’s dimension is tight and it has the function of oil reservation.
It is no tie rod cylinder. The cylinder barrel is “Mickey Mouse” shape and have good corrosion.
Compared with ISO15552 standard cylinder SU series cylinder with the same bore size is shorter.
The buffer adjustment of cylinder is smooth and steady.
Mounting accessories are the same as SC series.
The seal material with high temperature resistance is adopted to guarantee the normal operation of cylinder at 150℃.
