Pneumatic Rotary Clamp Cylinder for Welding & Automation Applications
The AirTAC QCK Series is a pneumatic rotary clamp cylinder designed for workpiece clamping, welding fixtures and industrial automation applications.
The cylinder combines rotary movement with linear clamping motion, allowing the clamp arm to rotate into position before securely clamping the workpiece. It provides a 90° rotation angle with left or right rotation configurations.
The QCK Series features a stainless steel dust scraping ring to help prevent dust and welding slag from entering the cylinder. Its QPQ-treated piston rod provides improved resistance against damage caused by welding slag, making the series particularly suitable for welding fixture applications.

Designed for welding fixtures, automated clamping and workpiece positioning applications.
QPQ surface-treated piston rod helps prevent damage caused by welding slag and provides improved durability compared with a chrome-plated piston rod.
Stainless steel dust scraping ring helps keep dust and welding slag out and protects the internal components of the cylinder.
90° rotary movement is available with left or right rotation direction.
Two rod configurations are available: taper type with clamp arm and across-flat position type without clamp arm.
Magnetic switch slots around the cylinder body allow convenient sensor installation and position detection.
Mounting dimensions are compatible with the AirTAC ACQ Series, allowing the use of compatible ACQ Series accessories.
Available in seven bore sizes: 12 mm, 16 mm, 20 mm, 25 mm, 32 mm, 40 mm, 50 mm and 63 mm.
