The AirTAC HFC Series Air Gripper is a double-acting pneumatic gripper designed for precise parallel opening and closing in industrial automation applications.
The HFC Series is available with 2-finger, 3-finger and 4-finger configurations, allowing users to select the appropriate gripping arrangement for different workpiece shapes and handling requirements. Its internal uniform block design provides strong gripping force, while high repeatability supports accurate and consistent workpiece positioning.
Available in bore sizes from 16 mm to 63 mm, the HFC Series is suitable for automated assembly, pick-and-place, component handling and robotic gripping applications.

The AirTAC HFC Series is available with 2-finger, 3-finger and 4-finger configurations, providing different gripping force levels for a wide range of workpiece shapes and automation requirements.
At an operating pressure of 0.5 MPa, the effective gripping force per finger ranges from approximately 10 N to 537 N, depending on bore size, finger configuration and whether the workpiece is gripped internally or externally. The HFC Series provides an opening/closing stroke from 4 mm to 16 mm on both sides, depending on the selected bore size.
The parallel open/close design provides accurate and repeatable gripping, while the different finger configurations allow the HFC Series to handle various components in automated assembly, positioning and robotic handling systems.
