Wide Style Pneumatic Air Gripper
The AirTAC HFT Series Air Gripper is a wide-style pneumatic gripper designed for handling large workpieces in industrial automation applications. Its double-piston structure provides increased gripping force, while the rack and pinion mechanism ensures synchronized opening and closing of the gripper jaws.
The HFT Series provides multiple stroke options, flexible mounting configurations and magnetic switch compatibility, making it suitable for automated handling, assembly, loading and other applications requiring a wide gripping range.

The AirTAC HFT Series uses a double-piston structure to provide strong and stable gripping force for handling large workpieces.
At an operating pressure of 0.5 MPa, the gripping force ranges from 14 N to 228 N, depending on bore size. The HFT Series is available with multiple standard strokes from 20 mm to 150 mm, providing flexibility for different workpiece dimensions and gripping ranges.
Maximum stroke ranges from 60 mm to 150 mm, depending on the selected bore size. The synchronized rack and pinion mechanism ensures both gripper jaws open and close accurately together for consistent workpiece positioning.
