JIS Standard Tri-Rod Guided Pneumatic Cylinder for Precision Automation
AirTAC TCL / TCM Series Guided Cylinders are JIS standard tri-rod pneumatic cylinders designed for applications requiring high non-rotation accuracy, stable guidance and resistance to radial loads and twisting moments.
The series combines a double-acting pneumatic cylinder with a double-rod guide unit in a compact integrated body. The TCL Series uses steel ball linear bearings for high precision and smooth low-friction movement, while the TCM Series uses brass sliding bearings for improved radial load resistance and torsional rigidity.
With multiple mounting directions, flexible air port arrangements and magnetic switch mounting slots, the TCL / TCM Series is suitable for precision positioning, lifting, transferring, pressing and industrial automation applications.
