AirTAC TSAI Series Cylinder is an ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinder with an integrated guide frame, designed for applications requiring precise linear motion, anti-rotation performance and improved load stability. Compared with standard cylinders, the TSAI Series provides better guidance and higher resistance to side loads, making it ideal for demanding industrial automation applications.
Available from Airotech in Malaysia, the AirTAC TSAI Series is suitable for pick-and-place systems, assembly machinery, material handling equipment, packaging machines and OEM automation projects.

Guide frame cylinder with linear bearing, providing low friction, high precision and high load capacity for demanding automation applications.
- A new type of cylinder combined with guide frame and standard cylinder.
- Brass bearing: It is suitable for the action that has radial load resistance with greater torsion stiffness.
- Linear bearing: It is suitable for push-up action, or where high precision and high load capacity are required, especially for occasions requiring low friction.
- The special design of the guide frame body provides a multi-directional mounting.
- The buffer adjustment of cylinder is smooth and steady.
- According to the actual use requirements, combined with sensor holder can change the sensor installation location.
