JIS Standard Pneumatic Cylinder for Industrial Automation
AirTAC JSI Series Cylinder is a JIS standard pneumatic cylinder designed for reliable linear motion in industrial automation and machinery. Its compact aluminium profile body, tie-rod-free construction and adjustable air cushioning provide smooth operation, corrosion resistance and space-saving installation compared with conventional ISO 15552 cylinders.
Available from Airotech in Malaysia, the AirTAC JSI Series includes JSI, JSID and JSIJ models with various bore sizes, stroke lengths and mounting options for packaging machinery, assembly equipment, material handling systems and OEM automation projects.

The seal of piston adopts heterogeneous two way seal structure. It’s dimension is tight and it has the function of greasel reservation.
The Mickey Mouseshaped aluminum barrel of JSI series has no tie rod and good performance of corrosion resistance.
Compared with ISO15552 standard cylinder the cylinder of JSI series with the same cylinder diameter is shorter.
The buffer adjustment of cylinder is smooth and steady.
Cylinders and mounting accessories for installation with several specifications are optional.
The seal material with high temperature resistance is adopted to guarantee the normal operation of cylinder at 150℃.
